When something goes wrong at your house, it's not always easy to know who to call. In my case, I asked someone I trusted for a referral, and the next thing I know I had an appointment scheduled and Danny knocking on my door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, and even managed to work in a furnace inspection when he came back with the parts to do the job. Such a friendly guy with a thoughtful manner - I was glad to have someone like Danny on the job. He completed the work quickly, cleaned up, and everything is working great!The only thing I would change about my experience was my initial phone call to make the appointment. I would have preferred to discuss what the problem I needed help with before the customer service agent gathered all of my contact details. I also would have liked her to advise me how the pricing worked, but was left in the position to ask for that information at the very end of the call instead of it being proactively offered. Other than that, this was a great experience and I will call Fox the next time I need plumbing and/or heating help.

What a great experience! No one likes water dilemmas, but if you have one - this is the ONLY place to call!! Angelo was amazing. He was communicative in reviewing my options and took the time to explain the process and the cost. I'll never use anyone else!

I’ve used Bens Plumbing/HD partners for several plumbing jobs, and appreciate their customer service and communication from both the front office staff and plumbing technicians who come out onsite.

Had Fischer plumbing out to look at a leak... The plumber was here for 15 mins, said we needed a replumb and someone would be in contact from the other division. Paid $250 for that visit and never heard from them again...

Gene Johnson has helped us out several times now, all positive experiences. Jose in particular has been great. Showed up on time, did quick, high quality work, helped us understand the best way to deal with a couple issues, and cleaned up well after he was done.

Had a faucet replaced. Cost $750 WOW! Update: I called the number but was given the runaround. Once they have your $ they don’t care. Will not use again.
