My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

SimplePlumbers was great. I called for an estimate to install a leaky kitchen faucet. Got a call back in 15min and a ball park cost, about how how they charge. Booked the install and Joe, came right on time. He took care of the faucet and tightened up a couple other things while he was under the sink. Also great conversation. All around great service. Definitely will call on them in the future.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

I contracted with Sam and Rudy for a waterline replacement. The whole process has been very smooth with office manager Alex always promptly update the project status in advance and the team being on time doing solid work. When I started the project, price busters plumbing was competitive among other contractors, and what I further appreciate is the frank / straightforward way they delivered the offer, rather than a lot of if and buts homeowners may experience elsewhere.

The team is really friendly from the very beginning, and that honesty made it an easy decision to give my project to Sam right away. Sam also helped me fix a facet free of charge. From this project I'm also glad to know whom to contact in the future if any plumbing issues.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
