If I could give 0 stars I would.Short Story: Two technicians tried to up sell me on a $1000 faucet replacement. 560 for labor and 400 for sink (before tax). I fixed the problem myself for free after technician told me that faucet spray hoses aren't sold separately.Also charge $110 just for a diagnostic.Long story: I noticed leaking from my kitchen sink spray hose. Figured the spray nose needed repair or tightened and it was an easy fix they could figure out. First person they send (after being 2.5 hours late) tells me without even seeing it, you should just replace the entire faucet. He takes a look at it and says I don't have experience with this model faucet. I had to wait another day for them to send a more experienced second technician, Fernando, who quoted me $560 just for labor, but I could save $400 by buying my own replacement faucet. He told me straight that there was no way to fix the faucet hose without disconnecting all the hoses and installing a new faucet. Well Kohler sells the spray hose for 10 dollars, they sent it to me for free.I have zero experience with plumbing and I fixed it in 2 hours after watching a few YouTube videos. That means they were willing to charge me 560 dollars for what would have taken them 30 min. Red flags all around.

Excellent experience with Sound Sewer. Todd was very prompt at answering/returning phone calls, early to first appointment, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose multiple problems in the sewer line, and also offered to come back for a re-inspect after the line was cleared.
I will definitely use Sound Sewer again, and highly recommend them to anyone going into a contract on a home purchase, or a seller looking to scope prior to listing etc.

Great service! Solved a problem that a couple of other workers couldn't, and handed off the part he couldn't do to a team member who specializes in *that* particular issue.

I had a leak in my bathroom that was causing damage to the walls, and I needed a plumber to fix it as soon as possible. Washington Rooter was able to come out quickly and assess the situation. They were able to fix the leak and prevent any further damage to my home. I was impressed with their attention to detail and how they made sure to clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Called this company to get a quote for a tankless installation. Then it got odd. $99 service fee if I don't do the work? I had to ask again as I was thrown back on that one. The rep said that was correct, if I don't do the work his tech's need to get paid for the time. Then he says all of the company's charge a fee to do a quote. I have a quote from other reputable company and no service charge for doing it. Don't waist your time on them.

We were in dire need of new plumbers after ours abruptly retired. Greg & Mike gave us a fair & reasonable bid for a short notice job. They arrived on time, worked together using their time wisely and did a fabulous job. Respectful, knowledgeable, tidy & efficient. Transforming an ugly repair job behind our 1950's bath walls into a properly done thing of beauty sold me. We won't be looking anywhere else for new plumbers and have already booked them for further work.

Jerrod with Fox Plumbing came out to my home to help re-install a toilet and repair a refrigerator water line. Jerrod was pleasant, quick and very thorough in solving my problems. We ran into a snag when looking at how to solve the water line connection due to the construction of the home and he came up with a wonderful idea on how to solve it.

My favorite part is their clean policy. They put booties on when they come in the house (even though, at the moment, mine is a mess from lack of flooring) put a tarp on the floor to catch any dust and even wiped out the cabinet that he was working in!

I am extremely pleased with the work and service. I look forward to having Jerrod come back to do some other minor items that need updating!
