2 Sons provided excellent service. Extremely quick and responsive on the phone. Reasonable prices charged on top of it too in an environment where plumbing services are being massively overcharged. Robert showed up right on time (on a Sunday morning!) and did a great job. Highly recommended.

We had an issue with our kitchen water line, mainly the connector and called roto-rooter to help. Tim arrived in the time frame given and was very informative and professional while being professional. The job was done fairly quickly, and I can now use my kitchen faucet! Highly reccomend.

TJ and Henry arrived before the scheduled appointment time which was much appreciated. TJ listened to our concerns about the drain blockage in our laundry room. Henry assisted TJ with running the cable machine through the drain from our toilet and they were able to clear the blockage. After placing toilet back in its original position, they helped clean up the mess that had accumulated on the laundry room floor and in the shower stall from the sewage that had backed up through the drains. TJ and Henry were very professional during the service call. We felt that the final cost of the work that was done was fair. We appreciate the work that they did to clear up the blockage and felt that they did a great job explaining what they were doing and what might have caused the problem in the drains. Fixer arrived the next day after (quite timely) and assessed my damage on day one. He then took the necessary steps to get my ceiling prepped for the next visit. After a short discussion, he told me that he would be back in another day to complete the task. True to his word he was! Did a great job and fixed my issue. Very pleased with the service.

Called them after my original plumber fell through. They were able to come out same-day for a ~3 hr job and charged 1/3rd less than the other plumbers I had tried to use. Quick, professional straight-shooters, will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I called them, told them we had water leaking into our basement from outside, possibly because our line was clogged. They asked for pictures of the inside, came over, and without doing any kind of investigation outside declared they could not help us. They referred us to another company they claimed would help us, but one of the first things the next guy asked me was what All City had said about the drain outside. I responded that the reason we were referred to them was because All City said they didn’t do outside drains. Well, neither did this second person. So, I have no idea why All City didn’t use a snake or camera or anything in our drain, and even less of an idea why they referred to someone else that also couldn’t help. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is that they came over earlier than expected, so they only wasted a day of my time instead of two.

*edit* There is no way for me to reply to the owner’s reply and at this point I’m not interested in having a discussion. If I were, I would have called. So if the offer to investigate the drain for free is an open offer, then I will take it when I am ready. Yes, I realize we may very well have a leak in our foundation. But I put a short snake down there and ran into something, so there may be more than one contributing factor. It still doesn’t address the issue of why, if the problem is the foundation, you referred me to someone that also doesn’t fix foundations. All they were going to do was dry out and remove damaged items from the basement. But what good is that if it’s still leaking? Pleas don’t respond. As I said, I will contact you when and if I’m ready. Don’t take it personally, but I’ve been screwed before , so even if you provide an inspection for free, I will be skeptical of the results.

Cameron did a good job of installing the air gap and hook it up to the dishwasher and the garbage disposal.
