Best Blocked Drains in Seattle WA
I am so thankful that I found Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services! I received a call from my tenants that a new toilet I had installed by another company in October last year was leaking at the base. I tried calling a few different places, but did not find anyone available or the pricing was not clear upfront. I then called Ridgid Plumbing and they gave excellent knowledge, advice, and also the pricing was clear and fair. They also sent someone out immediately. This is the first time I had a problem with my condo and my tenants were so happy with the service they received from Ridgid Plumbing. I will now be using them for any future issue that arises. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help my tenants and I! I am very appreciative for your excellent service!

We are grateful for the recommendation we got to use Jim Dandy to address a serious sewer situation last month. Andrew and his crew responded very quickly, even on a weekend, to start work. What began as a routine drain cleaning soon led to the discovery of a completely collapsed sewer pipe, but Andrew kept us informed not only of the specifics of the problem and approach he would be taking, but the practical considerations for the home and potential payment options. This expression of care meant a lot to us as the financial impact of these repairs was significant, to say the least. They also recommended a cleanup and decontamination service that was equally responsive and professional. We won't hesitate to use Jim Dandy for services in the future!

T.J. came same day shortly after I called Bob Oates to do a quick assessment of our problem. I appreciated his expertise, professionalism and smarts. He did a good job preparing me for what to expect and he was very clear on cost. When we did decide to move forward to resolve of plumbing issues with Bob Oates, T.J. showed up again and with his colleague Rafael. They were able to get things done efficiently and they kept things clean. T.J. found some other issues and was smart and creative in how he was able to resolve everything while saving me from having to spend much more money. Rafael was assisting T.J. every step of the way and was very professional and polite to my wife and myself. Thank you T.J., Rafael and Bob Oates. I will be saying good things about you all to my neighbors and friends.

UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.
Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now.
There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

Professional Plumbing completed the installation of a whole new water mainline yesterday, March 9, 2023. This is our 33rd year at this location and I repaired the main line 3 years ago when the detected leak location was relatively easy to get to. Not so this time, as the leak was detected under a 6 slab of concrete at the front entrance to the house. Rather than repair a 45-year-old water line again, I decided to go all in and replace it from the meter, to the house, a run of about100'.
To start the process, I sent out requests for bids as well and asked members of our HOA for recommendations. Shane and Professional Plumbing was one of the companies that came highly recommended. On top of that, Shane was the most responsive and gave a very detailed quote, describing how the job was to be done, the materials to be used and gave me a couple suggestions for improving the current system.
Forwarning: Replacing a mainline is not an inexpensive proposition! However, the quote I got from Professional Plumbing was not only the best one I rec'd, it was also the most detailed and presented in a professional and timely manner.
Professional Plumbing showed up when they said they would and completed the job with absolutely no disruption to our daily routine...other than having to shut the old main line down while they tied in the new one, but we expected that to happen and planned accordingly.
Every person on that job was a delight to have around. None of them ever complained about having this homeowner looking over their shoulder. In fact, Shane encouraged my many questions and was more than happy to explain all the awesome equipment they were using. The entire process was well orchestrated.
When Professional Plumbing was done with the job, Shane took the time to walk me through everything they had done, where all the shut off's were located and where the additional shut off's were added. And, they replaced all the old gate valves and put in very nice quarter-turn ball valves! They even put an in-line shut-off going to an outside hose bib so I could easily winterize it.
All the holes and trenches were backfilled and smoothed neatly; you would hardly know they were even here.
I have had the opportunity to work with many, builders, electricians, plumbers, fencing companies, painters and installers over the years. I would have to say that Professional Plumbing is absolutely top-notch. Not only does Shane present himself well, but actually takes a lot of pride in the work he and his crew does. Shane is not shy about getting down in the trenches with his co-workers either. It sounded like they all enjoyed working together. From my observation, when they go to work, they put their heads down and go at it.
