Unfortunately, most of their business is Seattle and north, and Kent is just too far south for them to respond. I had a water supply line leak between the meter and the house, and wasn't aware of it until the bill arrived. I had several plumbing companies come out and give me a bid. Their bids weren't just high, but extremely high. I called Larry at Prima, and he drove to Kent to look at what needed to be done. Larry accepted my job, contacted LineScape and by Friday of that following week, two of Larry's plumbers were there at 8:30 am and by noon, the new line was in with connections completed at both ends. Prima Plumbing is one of those businesses that are professional, have employees with integrity, and respect for your property, are fair to the client. When his employees left that day, you couldn't tell that anything had been done in my yard. Prima, above all, is the type of business that completes the job for a reasonable price.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
