My girlfriend and I were in real trouble and were working on a tight time schedule. We called the first guy out and he looked at it and left and said he couldn’t do anything because of the way our toilet is set up (we are renters and so we had 0 day in how to fix it). He charged us $75 and left. Great. Then we remembered working with Giovanni and how great he was. We called and requested him and he came out ASAP. He got right to work and was able to diagnose the true problem and help us work on a solution, with our tight time schedule in mind. We will never hesitate to use Beacon as long as Giovanni and his partner (doesn’t really matter who it is as long as Gio is there).

Very knowledgeable and friendly plumber. Will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Evan Conklin is a dirty weasel. Roughly two years ago we hired him to replace a 7 year old water heater in one of our rental properties. The water heater is located in the attic, a place we obviously don't see much of. Well recently when our tenants called and said they had no hot water we called Evan to take a look at things. He said the water heater was broken again and that we would need to replace it again. We couldn't believe it. Our gut told us to get a second opinion . We have now been told the water heater we currently have in the attic is from 2006. Evan Conklin charged us for a brand new heater that he never even installed. Be careful.

This is my second time using them and I just love about everything about them! Their booking process is easy and the techs are super friendly, and knowledgeable. Appreciate that they understand and support doing what’s necessary but not more when budget is an issue. Five stars!!!

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

They are on the higher end of price range.Don't schedule 2-5 appointments. I've had 2 appointments in a row get cancelled due to them overlapping appointments and not making it out to mine. Not sure what their priority system is.

Mike and Kenyada provided both the bid and the subsequent service, replacing a kitchen faucet and repairing a dysfunctional dishwasher air gap. They were always on time, efficient, friendly, and kept things clean. My best plumbing experience yet.

Dionte and Sam, came out on short notice, snaked our pipe and pulled a load of hair out of our drain. What once was standing water is now flowing better than ever... literally, I don’t remember the bathtub draining tgat quickly. Very please with their work and Beacon Plumbing.

When the team showed up, they assessed the problem, walked me through their course of action, showed me the quote with a lot of details and proceeded with the work promptly.

My plumbing issues were fixed in under an hour; they retested before leaving to ensure everything was fine. They have their clients best interest in mind, they even provided me with additional paperwork to seek possible reimbursement from my condo management.
