Absolutely awful! Alex was rude: would not listen us and only cared to upsell the more expensive services.

My mom had sewer issues Christmas Eve and unfortunately was stuck with OCP as they were the only company available. 2 days later she had the same issues and called them again. I was visiting my mom the day of the 2nd call and decided to stay longer once I saw how she was being treated. The technician Alex was extremely rude! He would not listen to my mom's complaints (that the garage plumbing was backing up). Instead he wasted his and our time by showing us the video of the main line, pointing out every little issue and trying to upsell hydrojetting. When he had us run water to prove we needed the service, everything worked fine, except for the garage (which we tried to tell him). After an hour of this he finally checked out the garage line. Lo and behold there were roots in that line even though Alex insisted it was the main. He ended up breaking his snake trying to clear the line at which point he tried to triple to cost of the call. Fortunately, he was able to retrieve the broken snake. But after 7 hours of not being able to fix the issue, we decided to call it a day, and we called a different company the next day.

We are totally impressed with the plumbing work done by Barker and Sons Plumbing & Rooter. They were very professional and everyone who we dealt with and spoke to was very kind and accommodating. They fixed an issue with our drain and sewer line and and it appears to be working back to 100%! They are reliable and very trustworthy, which is what you want when dealing with plumbing issues. Most impressive is their communication and followup system, which is personal and gives the customer clear expectations on arrival times, quotes, etc. We will definitely be using them as our go-to Orange County plumber from now on!

Great communication from staff and service

This was a consultation for an outdoor gas line. Chris was Great. He knows what he was doing, in details he explained the procedure with its pros & cons. Including the proper code for installation. This job was not a must to do. My wife and I Decided that we can do without if this job was a must, Tom Muffett is the right company to do the job. Had an issue with my garbage disposal and they sent someone out within a few hours and got it fixed. Highly recommend!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I called Spencer because our guest bathroom needed to have some upgraded fixtures replaced. Spencer was absolutely phenomenal!

I was able to set up an appointment the same week. He had all of the right parts and was able to do the job quickly and cost effectively for me.

The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.

Jesse came to check the leakage and thoroughly checked everything. He then called the steam guy (leakage was from steam equipment) to find out what is the reason and how can it be fixed. He was at my place for over an hour and performed all necessary actions. Also asked me to call him if there is any issue again. So glad and satisfied with the service. I called for a toilet installation and a camera inspection. I had been having trouble with my kitchen sink fir a while now, and they fixed the issue! Very polite and professional group of guys. Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!

James was excellent in clearing a backed up sink, explaining in detail our options for long-term resolutions, and doing it all on Christmas Eve on short notice. Very impressed and appreciative of these guys!

Ameri- Cal Repipe is a fantastic company. They bid a re- pipe cost and stick to that cost. I'm a contractor and all there work passed city and state inspections. This is the company you should use for all your plumbing work.
