Disappointed the plumber broke through the back wall in another bathroom. I found the second wall damaged after the plumber left the job. The repairs cost me an additional $250.00 to remove the toilet in the second bathroom, repair the drywall and reinstall the toilet.The plumber on two occasions needed to leave for equipment or parts and was gone for two to three hours each time.When additional work was recommended, the plumber pressured to have the work start immediately without a proposal. It took three requests to acquire the proposal. The job initially was verbally quoted at $5000.00 and eventually received as a written proposal of $16000.00.A second proposal by another respected plumbing company has proposed the same job substantially less.Unfortunately, my experience with Scott English Plumbing leaves me less than satisfied and I would not recommend the company.
