We were quoted nearly $2000 by another company for a plumbing repair on our residential rental property. We decided to get input from Tweedy, based on the recommendation of our tenant’s friend. Tweedy dispatched someone the next day and determined that the services recommended by the other company were completely unnecessary and wouldn’t have resolved the issue. Tweedy fixed the problem for $250. They saved us money, time, and additional inconvenience to our tenant. I called Barker after water started escaping from the base of my toilet. They sent someone out asap to find the root of the problem, which turned out, in fact, to be roots, lots of them, in my lateral drain. Orlando was very patient (and friendly) in explaining the problem, showing me the issue through a video cam, and coming up with proposals to fix the issue. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was also masked and wore shoe covers while in my house, which is always appreciated. I would definitely recommend giving Barker a call if you have plumbing needs.

He went out to his van more than once to make sure he had the right fitting for the original pipe that was under one of my bathroom sinks. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
