A very well rum company, not perfect, the price could always less. Office staff kept me informed about everything going on. The technicians, James and George are very competent and personable, and they actually listen to you. I suggested something, and they actually used my idea.They took time to explain what they were doing and how things work. Everything works perfectly.. When they were finished they cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend this company.

The project was simple with the addition of a ball shut off valve being added to an incoming water line. Access was easy and no digging or trenching required.The response to my request was quick with a plumber here the next day. Ulises the plumber was professional, explained his work well, performed the job flawlessly and quickly. I was most impressed with him and his work. As a matter of fact I had him review and quote my next job which is larger and much more complex.I would not hesitate to use Ulises and Scott English plumbing again.

The technicians are always very professional and courteous. They really do care about providing A-1 service, explaining/addressing my questions and cleaning up after themselves. Have used a lot of plumbers over the years and cheap work isn't always good and good work isn't always cheap but these guys are a great value. Thanks again!

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
