Part 2 if prior job and a significant issue was handled with ease I comparison to two other companies who looked at the job and both quoted more than double the price and would leave my home with significant repairs needed after the plumbing job was completed. Really appreciate the honesty and care for customer.

I had my toilet clogged in the middle of the night and these guys showed up within an hour. I was satisfied.

Two of our drains needed to be serviced. The bathroom was plugged up and the kitchen drain was slow. Since our plumber retired, we saw the Moffett Plumbing ad for $90 drain cleaning and decided to give them a try. The technician was on time, friendly and did clean up afterwards. He stated that the $90 only applied to the bathroom because the kitchen needed extensive work to clear and it was also going to be a very dirty job since he had to remove the trap (which, by the way, every other plumber we've ever used has done at no extra charge.) While we did agree to this, the extensive work and very dirty job part wasn't an issue. He finished the kitchen work in the same time frame as the bathroom and only removed a small amount of water. So we paid the $90 for the bathroom in addition to $90 plus an additional $250 for the kitchen for a total of $440. So please be aware that the $90 is only if they don't remove the trap (otherwise it will cost you $340!!). When I called to address this situation I was told that this was the rate and was offered a free drain cleaner instead of a partial refund. He said he'd check with his manager. I never received a call back nor did I receive the cleaner. We will never use Moffett Plumbing ever again.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.
