Scott English Plumbing were AMAZING! I had a re-pipe. Crew was a delight— nice, polite, hard working, quick, clean and best of all did not ruin my counter tops/cabinets. It was great they wrapped my furniture as they said they would (have had past companies say they would wrap and did not). I would use them for other plumbing needs. Two Thumbs Up!Used Scott English Plumbing again on 5/15/23. The plumber, Mike, was able to come out that morning! I work down the street, so I had asked if they could please notify me when the plumber was on his way. They did! Mike the plumber came out, was courteous, had booties on over his boots, checked the issue. Fixed the issue. Said the toilet fittings, etc. looked good and asked if I needed them to look at anything else. Nothing like only using my lunch hour to get the job done. No waiting around! Professional service again!

Great communication from staff and service

Alberto and Tristan cane to help me with unclog my sink drain from backup. These men showed up on time, dressed clean and with great attitudes. They were very kind and helpful. They had the proper equipment and had full knowledge of what they were working with. Their space was kept clean and no residue was left behind. They were quick and answered all questions asked. Great service and technicians were the best I've encountered. They deserve a raise.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

This was the second time we have used Spencer for our plumbing needs. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and does quality work. This company has ruined my life. For those of you who are already employed but looking for a new job, do not waste your time here. Keep your current job and look elsewhere instead of making the mistake I made. As a helper/apprentice, you will be promised full-time hours with 5 day work weeks but then you will get texts saying Sorry there is no work available today. Stay home. several days in a row even when there are plumbers out on the field and then you’ll eventually just get laid off when you question what's going on... No work available, huh ? Even if the plumber doesn't need assistance, the helper could still watch and learn everything the plumber is doing. As a result, I've been unemployed since July and can't go back to my previous job. Do not waste your time or risk leaving the job you already have for this job. This company will only schedule you when they need you and they will screw you over.

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Ameri- Cal Repipe is a fantastic company. They bid a re- pipe cost and stick to that cost. I'm a contractor and all there work passed city and state inspections. This is the company you should use for all your plumbing work.
