I take back everything that I said about Scott English Plumbing previously. They did some work for our association's public pool restroom. They came back and stood behind their work and made it right. Our association members will be pleased with their responsiveness. Turns out that a miscommunication caused some confusion over the status of a job. Our guy at English, Carlos stepped up and offered to resolve the issue at hand with the quality of work, by sending his guys over one more time.

Over due review, used this company a few times now for various issues around the house. Always easy to schedule, they have someone answering calls 24/7. The technicians are always very professional and courteous. They really do care about providing A-1 service, explaining/addressing my questions and cleaning up after themselves. Have used a lot of plumbers over the years and cheap work isn't always good and good work isn't always cheap but these guys are a great value. Thanks again!

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. This time, the water bill increased by 50%, and I found out that water was leaking somewhere again, and I heard a leak in the laundry room. Among several plumbers, I selected and called Evans Leak Detection, which has a good reputation, and to my surprise, Ron set up a schedule right away. Due to my mistake, I had to reschedule, and Omar, who had a lot of experience, came and pinpointed the leak in a surprisingly quick time and bypassed it to the wall in a quick time without breaking the concrete, and neatly solved the problem. The price was also very good with an average flat charge. Evans Leak Detection is also recommended for those with problems.

Ben was amazing!!! Ben was really friendly and professional and definitely recommend him to anyone who is having issues. I had an issue with my toilet and he took his time to listen to the issues I had and understood exactly what they were and gave his professional advice with several options to choose from. He explained in detail of all the options and what to expect making sure we fully understood. There were no rushing to get quick answers and really gave us time to think about it.
It was my first time calling a plumber so I was nervous about it but talking to Ben was very reassuring.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
