Best Repair Garbage Disposal in Santa Ana CA

Oh where do I begin??? Tim and another gentleman and I wish I got his name they came out because we were having a hot water heater problem and they’ve been out before and just the greatest guys ever and we end up having to replace the hot water heater and they got it done yesterday sweet guys totally professional and let us know what was going on every step of the way just really good guys and I hope you guys give them major props ! Mandy 🙂

Absolutely awful! Alex was rude: would not listen us and only cared to upsell the more expensive services.

My mom had sewer issues Christmas Eve and unfortunately was stuck with OCP as they were the only company available. 2 days later she had the same issues and called them again. I was visiting my mom the day of the 2nd call and decided to stay longer once I saw how she was being treated. The technician Alex was extremely rude! He would not listen to my mom's complaints (that the garage plumbing was backing up). Instead he wasted his and our time by showing us the video of the main line, pointing out every little issue and trying to upsell hydrojetting. When he had us run water to prove we needed the service, everything worked fine, except for the garage (which we tried to tell him). After an hour of this he finally checked out the garage line. Lo and behold there were roots in that line even though Alex insisted it was the main. He ended up breaking his snake trying to clear the line at which point he tried to triple to cost of the call. Fortunately, he was able to retrieve the broken snake. But after 7 hours of not being able to fix the issue, we decided to call it a day, and we called a different company the next day.

I'm more concerned with the clearing of the pipe/drain.. like how long will it last before I give a good review. But I will give four stars because the gentleman who performed the service had a great personality.. he always made sure to get my attention to talk with me step by step, he was very thorough, and explaind to me what he was doing, when he was doing it, and why he was doing it. He answered all my questions respectfully and he was very courteous, like a good friend, He also made it a point to get my attention to show me all the grease and sludge that he was getting from the snake as it went from the kitchen area to the bathroom. Now I realize for the best results I must stop doing things like pouring grease down my kitchen sink drain no matter how small the amount is, and I'm very interested in using the product he recommended to me (I purchased) for my drain maintenance (Bio One). He also recommended the hydro pressure treatment, but before I make that decision I want to investigate that a bit more. I also have a few more pressing issues at my place that I must take care of before I make the decision for the hydro pressure treatment. But I am satisfied with the service.

I’ve used JME Plumbing on multiple occasions, and I’m always happy with their work. Juan and his team show up on time, do their work professionally and provide excellent suggestions if needed.

It’s hard to find an honest plumber, and I would absolutely say that Juan is one of the few out there.

Got charged 685 for leak detection and capping of a line. Quoted thousands of dollars to reroute the line. Just had a reputable plumber come out today and fix the problem for under 1000. Don't waste your time with all the extra fees and nonsense. You'll end up overpaying thousands.
