Great job!

I called because my water heater was not working. The receptionist was great. They had someone come out to look at it. But they did not even try and diagnose the issue. The person just tried to start the pilot light (which I already had tried to do). Then gave me a quote of $900 to repair it or $3,000 to replace it. I told them no thank you, and they still charged me $49 for the diagnosis, even though they never loosen a screw on the water heater. I called a second place who came out and took off the igniter and diagnosed the issue. Then gave me a quote of $350 to repair or $1,450 to replace the water heater (same brand water heater as Barker and Sons quoted for $3,000). I cannot believe the difference in service and price. Unfortunately, Barker and Sons was a disappointment for me.

My home has slab leak, Mr. Darryl Nocera provided very professional, high quality work. I have lived in Irvine California for over 20 years,never net so good ,work so hard plumber. Today Darryl worked for 9 hours, finished the very difficult job,same day service. And save big cost for me. Our family thanks Darryl and Scott English Plumbing Company.

PP has been in business for 30 yrs and services the local OC area. They are open 24/7 for emergency repairs and 8-5pm for service and repairs on all your plumbing needs. They are awesome with great prices and better customer service.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

I have used Elder & Young for several years now and they are great! Therefor, when my garabage disposal went out yesterday i called them....and they were out to my home right away...same day service! Their contact was Robert and he was fantastic....walking me through the problems and what needed to be done to fix it...a new disposal altogether! He promptly shot out to find a reasonable priced alternative and had it installed shortly thereafter....cleaning the area up fully after he was done. A true professional!
