Cody and his supervisor came out to help me with a couple bathrooms that were completely clogged. They gave me a quote and told me exactly what they were going to do. They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and very eager to make sure that I understood exactly what the issue was and all the steps they were taking to fix it.

The technician could not unclog the toilet the clog was too far down and instead of leaving and saying sorry the owner was called out and he did a thorough evaluation and went through an external vent instead of the toilet found the clog removed the clog and did not charge anymore for this service. I would highly recommend them I give them an 11 out of 10 stars

My water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not rekindle. I wasn't happy with my previous plumbing service, so I looked on yelp and found Acute Plumbing was highly rated so I gave them a try. They gave me an appointment for the same afternoon, and showed up on time and prepared with any parts that might be required to repair my water heater. Even though I was ready to get a new water heater (mine is 8years old and past its 6 year warranty) they assured me it was still in decent shape and could be repaired. I was able to save money by having the repair done and my water heater is now fine. I will utilize their services for any future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend their service. We have used and trusted their service for more than a decade over several properties and not only are they highly competent, they are quick to respond and their prices are very reasonable.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

We bought our house about 2 years ago. Knights came out and did inspections on a few houses when we were in the market. They have been a godsend. The sewer lines were completely clogged and there were a few leaks in the house. They came and fixed all the leaks and made sure our sewer had a proper cleaning and installed new clean outs as well. We asked for several bids to replace our (working) water heater. They showed up for the estimation meeting on time and described everything patiently and gave a bid. County Wide was competitive and able to schedule the installation quickly. Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed everything and cleaned and removed all the debris. I was very satisfied.

John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. Have been very pleased in the past. This time I was disappointed that they were unwilling to provide a ballpark estimate over the phone on work that really did not require an $87 in-home visit. There was nothing to see, but rather only described what we wanted to do ( add a sink). The consultation took less than 5 minutes. Certainly, a ball park estimate could have been provided over the phone in two minutes.
