We had a problem with our shower faucet. The cartridge was leaking. I wish to share that not only was I pleased with their office staff that took down all of my information but they were also able to come out the same day and provide excellent service in the field it seems to be a really well run company with extremely helpful and professional employees. It should be noted that I had called a couple other plumbers they didn’t even pick up their phone. I think it speaks volumes when you can get same-day service when you have an emergency and that goes a long way in my book.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning and I could not get the pilot light to re-light. I called Orange Coast Plumbing and Scott was here in just a few hours. Scott was phenomenal! He diagnosed the issue quickly and he had the replacement part in his truck even though this was an older water heater. He spent the time necessary to get the new part installed just right so the water heater pilot light would stay lit! Scott was professional and friendly and we are so grateful that he was able to fix the problem and get our hot water working so quickly! Thanks Scott!

Second time I have used this company and I’m grateful for their services. They are always professional and courteous, from when you call to the actual service. The technician is never in a hurry and is able to explain the issue, as well as provide some education on the matter. Tyler was the technician on this latest service call and was great, being prompt and polite. A manager also came by and assisted with the use of a camera. This person was very experienced and again provided some education that allowed me to better understand the issue.

We had a leak somewhere under our kitchen sink so we called Don @ DB Plumbing on a Saturday (he offered to come out Sunday but we decided on a Monday) - received an immediate response. His employee Mike came out on time and inspected the area. It turned out there was a leak in the wall, damaged pipes and internal water damage etc. that required a full days work. Don was kind enough to clear Mike’s schedule for the day so he could work on our plumbing the entire day! Mike did and excellent job of fixing the problem areas, explained the problems and solutions, and was very patient and friendly with all our questions. He did an outstanding job cleaning up all the pipe debris etc. inside and outside our home. Don followed up with us after Mike completed the job letting us know when the restoration company would be contacting us for an inspection on the interior water damage. We were very thankful they referred us to a company they work with! We have been using DB Plumbing for many, many years for all of our plumbing needs and have always been pleased with their quality of work, work ethic, response time and friendly professionalism. I highly recommend DB Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs and we will always call them whenever we have any plumbing issues. Great local company with great people!

Overall great experience. They were able to unclog my very clogged sewer line and were very knowledgeable and personable. They did camera the line as well and explained to me some issues we would be facing down the line. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family. It was $90 to unclog the drains. I called in the morning and they were able to come same-day. The office was great at communicating when they would arrive.

We have used this company twice now and both times were great experiences. They are easy to work with, honest. This past week we had Jorge and Bernie out. They assessed and fixed our issue in less than 2 hours. Reasonably priced as well. Will be calling them for any future needs!

These guys are the best. They swapped out a cast iron sink that was fitted for a custom island kitchen. They really took care of the situation and cut the granite perfectly to put air gaps into the system as well. I am appreciative of their services.
