- Dylan and Christian, from Barker and Sons Plumbing, arrived at our home in a timely and very friendly manner. They made sure their masks were on correctly and took time to put booties on over their shoes before entering the house. After careful inspection, the problem was determined (a broken air gap which also was clogged), as well as the cost to fix it.After signing the quote they got right to the problem in a very professional way... totally explaining what they were doing while working. They also told me about the chemical that they would be putting into the drain to help alleviate the clog.When the work was finished they cleaned up after themselves, presented the bill, and now our kitchen doesn't smell anymore. Hoping I don't need their service again, but I will call them BACK to fix any new plumbing problem! They are great!!!P. S. They office staff is just as wonderful...concerned, kind, and they get you service right away in a friendly manner.

Hasan arrived promptly, was very courteous and knowledgeable, and explained the issue and recommended fix. After fixing the problem, he went over everything with me, made adjustments, and made sure all the fixtures worked properly. I'll definitely call him for my next plumbing issue.

These guys are the best. They swapped out a cast iron sink that was fitted for a custom island kitchen. They really took care of the situation and cut the granite perfectly to put air gaps into the system as well. I am appreciative of their services.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!

Eric repaired our bathtub and did a fabulous job. Cleaned up afterwards as well. I plan on using them again.

Nolan was the only who picked up the phone after 1:30am. He completely put us at ease and did fantastic work on the tub valve. We are going book Nolan for another hob based upon this experience.

Highly recommend these guys! They came same day and did excellent work clearing out our clogged drains from root infestation and corroded pipes. He showed me live video of the camera going through the pipes and how bad the roots were, and showed me after he was finished clearing them. Night and day difference. He even had some specialty tools that most big name plumbing companies don't use, like the right hydro jetter attachment for 2in pipes. All other companies I tried before him said they didn't have the right tools for 2in pipes and tried to get us to re pipe everything. Highly recommend Luis at J&L plumbing. And it's a family owned business!
