We had what seemed to be a slab leak. The team showed up quickly and located the issue, and just as quickly fixed the problem. This was really good because the leak was in the down-stairs bathroom and lengthy downtime would have been very difficult for my elderly parents as they cannot climb the stairs to utilize the upstairs bathroom.PS: I did not select Value because this was a covered by insurance so I am not aware of the cost.

Smoke test performed on a problem no one could solve for almost 2 years. Found the problem within minutes. Knew exactly how to fix it. Spelled out the work and price up front. Nothing hidden. Technician (Vince) was one of the nicest and most professional vendors I’ve ever worked with. I’m sleeping well tonight knowing that my sewer smell” issue is finally gone. Would recommend this company and Vince 100% to anyone. Get the smoke test!!!

Professional Plumbing saved the day. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was Professional Plumbing and from the start they were so helpful. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!
I am forever grateful for them for helping me out when the other plumbing company messed up. Not to mention they over fair prices to the other company I had hired.
Be careful what plumbing companies you use and always get multiple quotes so you can see which ones are taking advantage of you, Professional Plumbing is one of the GOOD ONES!
