I called Barker and Sons Rooter and as I suspected we had a pipe leak of some sort. Jesse and his helper arrived promptly. They were considerate, organized and professional. He explained he would have to do a leak detection and confirmed we had a slab leak. He did an excellent job and was very respectful to our home. Jimmy G. and Jimi M. came to help with low water pressure both in my kitchen and in my guest bathroom. They were on-time, efficient, and worked very cleanly. As well, they happily answered all my questions and concerns and took the time to educate me - even letting me take pictures to help me understand what was being done and to document the parts of my system that were inside the faucets/walls. And now my water pressure is back to normal and I have a usable kitchen and bathroom again! Jimi M. even took the time to explain how the common plumbing and boiler are set up in the condo complex and called a boiler professional to discuss possible (better) long-term solutions. I sincerely appreciate their professional work and their patient explanations. Thank you!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning.
