Called Barker and Sons to come fix a main water line break. I have used them in the past for other services, including installation of a tankless water heater, and other smaller jobs. This job was a huge one, and I was not looking forward to the initial quote that I got. To be on the safe side, I contacted several other plumbers to get other estimates. At the end of the day, I decided to go with Barker and Sons, and I was happy that I stuck with them to do the job. They did it quickly, professionally, and answered all of the questions that I had. The price was fair. They also went above and beyond and took care of some other minor repairs that were involved indirectly with the main line. They also did a fantastic job with the concrete repair. If they could do this job, I am confident that they could handle any plumbing job that was thrown their way. I also have to give a shout out to Ryan and Daniel. Great work guys!!

Scott does most of the plumbing for our 248 unit condominium community and provides 5 star service. One of their plumbers, Tayler, was particularly helpful today, structuring her work to accommodate another vendor who needed water to mix concrete. Residents uniformly give Scott high praise. Professional Plumbing saved the day. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was Professional Plumbing and from the start they were so helpful. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!
I am forever grateful for them for helping me out when the other plumbing company messed up. Not to mention they over fair prices to the other company I had hired.
Be careful what plumbing companies you use and always get multiple quotes so you can see which ones are taking advantage of you, Professional Plumbing is one of the GOOD ONES!

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression.
