All the workers on the job were friendly and respectful. Supervisor kept us informed of all the details of the job. They were able to completely remove and replace half of our 60yr old drain system under the house and put PVC replacements in 2 days. Will definitely have them come back to do the other side when it starts leaking which will probably be soon. They even fixed our dryer vent system under house since they were under the house for 2 days.

Nate was very professional during his visit to my home. He conducted a thorough assessment of all the plumbing and flushed out my very old water heater. He arrived late in the day due to issues at a previous job. The water heater flush took longer than expected and required a second drain due to a leaky drain valve after the first drain. Nate remained patient and fixed the issue. He stayed to observe the water heater after it was all reassembled to ensure it was working properly before feeling comfortable to leave. During his visit, he explained to me everything he did and was patient and professional all the way to the end. Tom Moffitt Plumbing has done other work in my home in the past. Every technician has conducted themselves in a professional manner and had performed outstanding work.

Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check.
Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.
