I’m very happy with the work performed by Scott English Plumbing. Ulises was my go to guy and he was great. He and his associate arrived to help with water that I could hear running in my walls. It was determined I had a slab leak. So I ended up doing a repipe and it all went as planned. The crew to repipe and the crew to do the drywall after were very professional and respectful of my home, and everything went smoothly. Ulises was always available for any questions and or updates. I’m overall very happy with the service performed.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

Acute came out to look at it and found that there was actually no issue, and then did not even charge us for it. An honest plumber who didn't try to upsell or even charge us. We will definitely be calling them again!

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

We've used Shafer for about 3 years after they did a great job putting in a new hot water heater for our home. Our previous plumber had just retired and I was thrilled when I found out Shafer is a complete service plumbing company. No matter the job they work with you to get the right technician to the house as quickly as possible. This week Taylor arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, did the outside part of the job first and then came in the house (used booties without being asked), finished quickly and left the place spotless.
