We had a leak in the Church bathroom. I called Tweedy Plumbing to access the problem and fix it. They were there within 20 minutes and found the problem. Problem solved, fixed and done!

James came out to our building to diagnose and repair our water heater which wasn't running hot water. He was knowledgeable and prompt with the repairs. Very professional and courteous.

Derek was awesome and answered all my questions and fully explained all options for the repair. The only issue was the pricing on the repair. I would happily use Barker and Sons if the pricing was more in line with other estimates,

Best plumbers in town well groomed well trained extremely professional

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend Jay and his team at Professional Plumbing due to the quality of plumbing work and willingness to work with their customers to provide the best possible service.
