5 stars for Genmor Plumbing! Called Friday afternoon and the owner, Genaro, came Saturday morning. Very professional, curtious, on time, detailed, organized, put booties over his shoes while inside and dressed well. Took great care in my home finding the gas leak. Inspected all gas appliances & function. Efficiently repaired the leak (fixed the problem better than it was originally installed.) He said to call if there was any other concerns I had. I would highly recommended Mr. Genaro and his company Genmor Plumbing ☆☆☆☆☆

Very professional operation. Jordan showed class and tenacity with removing the old kitchen faucet which had become locked to the sink. Arrived on time and did highly satisfactory work. I will call them again when I need a plumber.

When I saw water leaking from my garage wall, I called RPS. Unlike the other plumbers that I had contacted, RPS made no excuses about being busy / short-staffed / etc. They sent Tim Vu out to my house, and as promised, he arrived within 30 minutes. In about 7 minutes of his arrival, Tim diagnosed the problem, found the root cause (water heater), and mitigated the problem. A day later, he completed replacing my water heater.

However, that is not all! While he was working on the water heater, I requested him to replace a toilet that was leaking water from the tank. This one was a bit of a challenge because there is a counter above the toilet tank, so only toilets below a certain height fit there. Tim gladly agreed to the extra work (after, of course, consulting with his team), and took it upon himself to find a new toilet of the proper size. He found one on the same day, and he brought it in and installed it. While it fit very well, unfortunately, it was one of those ones with the flush button on the top of the tank, so reaching the flush button was difficult (due to the counter right above it). Tim was not one to be defeated, so he shopped around some more, found one that is far more usable, and replaced the earlier toilet. He did it all within about two days.

Throughout the repair work, Tim was patient with me, and answered all my questions.

Martin was friendly, responsive, and quick. He explained all the details for maintenance clearly. Would highly recommend.

Techs arrived on time to fix a leaking shower. Completed the job carefully and in a timely manner. Techs were respectful, communicated clearly, and kept their work area clean (they wore masks and plastic shoe covers). Compared to other plumbing services I've hired in the past, their rates were fair and reasonable. Will consider using SWAGS again.

We were very happy with SPS Plumbing. They came the same day we contacted them, diagnosed the issue and ordered the replacement parts urgently, then came back two days later as soon as the parts arrived and fixed our water heater. They were all very polite and respectful throughout the process. We’ll be calling them again next time!! Just hopefully not too soon.

Arizona, the technician showed up punctually, and did a great job on repairing the pipes underneath the house. We would hire him again. We can recommend this company very much.

Called in the morning for a backed up sewage pipe and had someone come out within half an hour. They were able to clear the clog quickly. Highly recommended.

I had bought water softener and RO filter. It took me a while to find a plumber, most was not very responsive. Eric was very responsive and reasonable, he even gave me recommendation on my selection. Installation was straightforward and masks were equipped. I would use the service again.

I have used Pennington Plumbing three to four different times. Ron's guys do a fine job. I understand the complaints but the key is to be patient and persistent. Good plumbers are really busy and in demand. I would use Pennington again.
