Couldn’t Be Happier...

I hired Bueno Plumbing and Rooter to provide Leak Detection service based on a report from the City of Sunnyvale that the meter was constantly spinning. The city representative suggested there may be a possible leak. Edgar Luna was the plumber assigned to the job. He first checked toilets for leaks, asked if there was a large increase on my bill and then suggested not using water for 10 min to see if the meter continued to spin. I explained to Edgar that we recently had tenants move into the ADU in back and both houses use the same water meter. One of the tenants had just finished taking a shower. Once water was not used for 10 min Edgar was able to determine that the meter had fact stopped spinning and there was no leak. Edgar is a great problem solver who does not blinded diagnose an issue without clearly evaluating all possibilities. Truly he is a genius, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy! Did I mention he also provides great service, workmanship and is reasonably priced?

My hot water tank decided to empty itself over night. Called first thing and within an hour the guys were over with a new tank. Excellent friendly service, I'm very happy.

I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Both times their plumber knew the answer to every question I had and was happy to explain everything. They're not the cheapest place in town, but so far they've been worth the money in my opinion.

Put in a request and they got back very quickly to setup a next day, on-site appt to provide a quote. Tech called the morning of, asking if he could come earlier than scheduled due to an opening. He arrived on time and was very professional. I'm still collecting other competitive bids, but have been impressed by their professionalism and pre-sales service.

Got a quote for new 50 Gal Bradford White water heater . Cost was considerably higher than 3 other companies I got quotes . Not sure why EVO is so expensive. Was not impressed when they tried to sell me unknown system for $300 on top of the high cost heater . Supposed to help with hard water Issues

The worst experience I have ever had with a sub contractor. Here is my story. We needed someone to come and unclog a toilet. We called Go Go Rooter, they came out and said the job would be $1950 to snake/cable/use a camera, dig a trench and put in ABS pipe to the clean out. Maybe around 8' of pipe. No concrete involved, everything was under the lawn. After digging the trench I was told two things: Good news we are not going to charge you $1950, but only $950 as it wasn't as bad as we thought. But the bad news is, we have a major problem and now it is going to cost $6700 to do the job. I complained and the price was reduced to $5500. REALLY????? I told them to stop and I would call them back. I called another plumber who came out the same day and finished the major problem job for $1500. I was shocked to see the difference in price for the same job. Do you cll Go Go Rooter honest people? I don't. They are crooks and should not be doing business in this hemisphere. A letter is going to the CSLB with a major complaint.

After putting up with a faulty kitchen sink garbage disposal for so long I finally caved in and called around for plumbing quotes. I called Integrity Plumbing for some help and wish I would have done it SOONER. They were so courteous, fast and very reasonably priced. Marlon came out and fixed the disposal and had it up and running in no time. He definitely knows his stuff! Many thanks to Integrity Plumbing for coming out so quickly. I highly recommend this company. I dealt primarily with the owner Cory, and he was all over my job. We had a very complicated set of circumstances, including a brick driveway that needed to be excavated in order to fix the leak. They handled it really well.The plumbers were very experienced (Keith and Andrew did the work), and very professional. Good guys. They completed my job in a quality manner, Even the concrete guy they used (Ken) did a fine job! Overall a good, neat job. My only issue (which is small) was they were really busy, and sometimes the plumbers had to leave to evaluate another nearby job, but this didn’t affect the work too much. I would use Advanced Quality Plumbing again in a heartbeat!!!!

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and bought a new one to replace it. I thought it should be a fairly straightforward job, but the mounting bolt was rusted tight. After hours of trying to removed it and even trying to drill it off we reached out to Universal Plumbing & Rooter. They were very responsive online and sent out Martin the next morning. When he arrive he had the tools to remove the previous faucet. He offered to install the new faucet and since he did such an efficient job at the previous removal I took him up on it. Installation was super fast and the new faucet works great. He cleaned up any mess he left and was on his way. Great work and professionalism by Martin! Would use him again and highly recommend using Universal Plumbing & Rooter.

I rarely write reviews, but I decide to share my experience with all homeowners who struggled to find a good plumber.
We had an issue with bathroom sink: at first water would drain off very slowly but eventually it became completely blocked and unusable. It was definitely adding a lot of inconvenience in daily life and we were desperately looking for plumbers to help fixing the problem. At beginning we had a couple of recommended plumbers from our friends to drop by and took a look, but it was not until the third plumber who declared failure again that we realized that how serious the issue is. We also realized that maybe each unsuccessful attempt had made things even worse. We were left with a completely non-working bathroom and each plumber giving higher and higher quotes to fix them.
Not holding too much hope, we called Aaron's and Alex the technician came onsite to take a look. After listening to our story, he did a careful examination and wrote up a report with different options. We chose one of the options, and Alex and his team started the job the next day. They came in a well-equipped van, so all kinds of equipments and machines were readily accessible if needed. They went under the house to get an idea of the whole piping system before they started the project (they were the only team who did this, among all plumbers we used!). Two people worked for three hours and what came out of the hydrojet were a big tank of orange/yellowish water, that was caused by the corrosion of pipes over the years.
Needless to say, they fixed the problem and we had a fully functioning bathroom again! We couldn't be more thrilled by the result! The charge was also very reasonable compared to a lot of other skyrocketing quotes we had been hearing. We were really happy with their service, and would like to recommend them!

Fidel and the whole crew at Gomez have been my go-to plumbers since 2019. They've cleared out drains, replaced our supply/drain lines (no problems with drains after that!), and helped with troubleshooting leaks free of charge. They are a total class act and I'm proud to support a local business.

I am very happy with the work done by CMS. I had a problem with the sewage line. They sent Nickolas, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond.
