Best Water Heater/Tankless Water Heaters in San Jose CA

I went online to find a new plumber, read the reviews, called and was met with a friendly, caring person at Bueno Plumbing, who I knew wanted to help get me the service I needed asap. She even offered to call if there was a cancellation. I was given the first available timeframe and was kept apprised as to the arrival time. Work was explained, handled professionally, quickly and for a very fair price. I will use them again and will be a customer for life.

Jesus was awesome. He came out on Father's Day, early Sunday morning, to fix a clogged shower which turned out to be a backed up sewer drain. Expect to Wait All Day
They give you a 4 hour window, but the supervisor shows up. The worker comes later in the day. The supervisor is trying to sell you a new water heater, when you just have a broken pipe. Why does it cost $1400 when the worker only make $10 per hour? Thr pipe did get fixed, tho.
Update: pipe repair failed a day later. More hours without water.

From the water regulator to crawl space inspection, and testing of water fixtures, Kory made several discoveries that effect the water delivery in my home. Kory inspected the copper re-pipe done 40 years ago and the abandoned water softener lines to gather a complete understanding of my homes issues. A separate issue from water hammer problems in my house was the 15 year old water heater needing replacement. Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter worked with my schedule and Ray Ibanez arrived on time as promised. Ray was professional, good-natured and ready to work. His van carried all the tools necessary for the job including a electric pump to fast drain the old 50 gallon water heater. Ray answered my questions, worked efficiently and cleaned up when the job was completed. The new water heater looks great with its clean flue vent and natural gas connections and earthquake strapping. Ray Ibanez did outstanding work for my family and I. I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I called for a technician and they had someone here within the hour. The tech had a replacement on his truck so it was great he didn’t need to leave & come back. Chris D was professional, very knowledgeable & friendly. He worked efficiently & effectively & even explained things as he did the replacement. Chris knows what he’s doing! I was given a quote on the phone when I originally called, & again after Chris looked at my WH. My final cost was the low end of the quote.
