Martin and his team installed a tankless water heater and water softener on the outside of the house and removed the old water heater plus piping up into the ceiling. The team was quick, had everything done to code and was very responsive to all my follow-up questions. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Really happy with Anthony Morin’s service. We called him as our sump pump did not work during the recent rains. Anthony checked and determined that the sump pump is working fine, and the issue is just with the electrical breaker that keeps tripping . He advised us the sump pump can run for some more time even if it is old and saved us from a costly replacement. He gave us advice on long term maintenance. Thanks.

I had John Sosa come out after my plumber couldnt figure out what was going on with my tankless water heater. He quickly solved the problem and I have hot water. He was ontime and very freindly. He even did a small maintance on the system. The gal that ansers the phone was also very responsive and called me right back. This kind of customer service is a rarity these days!!!

The lady in the office mixed up scheduling the same job twice this week, she said Tuesday but scheduled for Wednesday. She scheduled for 2:00 - 4:00 PM but at 6:00 PM, no plumber and then dropped the job, leaving a resident without use of his shower/bathtub for 3 days. The apartment manager had to scramble to find another plumber at the last minute. Go-Mez Plumbing doesn't schedule the day they tell you, they don't show when they're scheduled to arrive, they don't call to let their client know they would be late and they renege on the job altogether. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend using them as they will leave you in a bind.

Replaced a shower cartridge. Proffessional and quick. Great service except for a bad phone connection when booking the service but we prevailed. Same day service.

Pricey but worth it

As this was the first time I was getting AC installed, it was very confusing.But Matt kept me informed on all the available options ,which really helped me in making the right choice. Overall experience was really good. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company! They send incompetent people who try to gouge you.
The tech who came had no idea what he was doing or what he was saying.
He tried talking down to me, might have thought since I am a female he would get away with spouting nonsense.
Unfortunately for him, I know more about plumbing and electrical work that he seemed to.
Then he tried charging me $395 for coming out, fortunately I had it in writing the estimate was free.
Avoid this company at all costs

Starting with our call to Brandon whom set everything up and handled the coordination and then Danny who communicated every step with me they did a fantastic job. We decided to even make things better and added a recirculating pump system so not to waste water while waiting for it to go from the garage all the way to our far Bathroom.

We called United Plumbing to have a regulator installed in our home. Plumber was punctual, professional, and honest about his work. We are very happy with his work and will definitely call them for any other plumbing/repairs in the future. Strongly recommend giving them a call!
