Best Video Inspections in San Jose CA

It was a very positive experience.

This company is a big scam. I called yesterday to see if they have free estimate for inspection, but the lady said there's $50.00 fee for inspection. I agreed then she asked what is the issues? I told her per property inspector, ABS drain lines in master bathroom and kitchen are cracks and leaks. There's a young guy showed up next day, I showed him the pictures of those 2 drain lines from inspection report. He went down to crawl space then came up within 5 mins and told me I need to pay for additional fee to inspect the kitchen. He said the $50.00 is only for him to show up not for inspection. I don't pay $50.00 just for someone to show up. This is very unethical and dishonest company!!!!! Please be careful with this company..

Freddy came out and helped me find out that the leak we were having was with our irrigation system and suggested we contact a landscaper to help fix the problem. Was very professional. Did not charge me for his services. Would have no problem using him in the future.

Martin and team replaced the aging pipes for both the sewer and water lines, installed brand new toilets and shower fixtures, and installed a new water heater. Excellent communication by Martin as he made sure to let me know what was going on and provided a walkthrough to show each day's progress. Mike and his crew were swamped but Mike found time in between two different jobs when one was finished early. Mike called me personally and said if I had time he could send a guy out immediately, of course I said yes. We can live without our AC!!! His man was able to diagnose the problem and get us up an running . My wife says he helped out with other issues and would give him a 10 star if we could. I agree!

My neighbors swear by Moomau Plumbing. I fortunately haven't needed a plumber for several years, but luck finally caught up with me when a shower temperature control valve and toilet both started acting up.

I gave Moomau a call and sent them pictures of the temperature control knob, along with the brand name. Billy showed up when promised/expected and had the needed parts with him. He was very professional and efficient and got the work done quickly.

Debbie, the office manager behind the scenes, was very responsive and easy to work with in setting up a convenient appointment time. She also followed up after the fact to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Moomau seems to have high standards and take customer satisfaction very seriously, which is nice to see in the service business -- where it is often difficult just to get a call back when everyone is so busy. Moomau met/exceeded my expectations, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

These guys are amazing. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job correctly the first time. The staff is courteous and the owner Derek is on top of things. Highly recommended and will use again for our next job. Give them a call!

Plumber came by to inspect a plumbing issue we’ve been experiencing in one of our units. He was responsive, answered all our questions, and super professional. Highly recommend this company. We will be using them in the future.

I had a couple of slow draining sinks and a tricky water leak. Aqua Flow Plumbing (Dave) showed up and got to work within an hour of me calling for help. He proved to be highly knowledgeable and efficient while also being friendly and easy to talk to. We are very happy that we called Aqua Flow Plumbing Inc.

We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

Garbage disposal issue. I called and the next day Diego showed up on time and replaced it and had it up and running. With no problems. He was professional and nice. Considerate of my home. I would recommend.
