They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic ,non professional service

Freedom Underground Plumbing did an excellent job to fix the water pipe leakage on my property. Freddy and his team detected the spot of the leakage area, which was under a concrete slab next to my house. The crew cut the slab, fixed the leakage pipe and re-sealed the cutting hole on the slab with new concrete. They did the job professionally and quickly with a very reasonable price. Overall, I am very satisfied with Freedom's service.

Aaron's initially scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow morning with the proviso that if they had availability open up they would get to me sooner - this afternoon or evening. Sure enough, I got a call about an hour later that one one their best plumbers - Roy - was on the way from his last call in Livermore. Roy was respectful, congenial and above all, expert and diligent in diagnosing the problem, cause (calcification due to hard water) and installed the new faucet within an hour! Excellent job. Roy also let me know about other services Aaron's does, including water softeners using potassium instead of NaCl salt, and a hot-water recirc pump system option. No hard up-selling, just knowledge-sharing. Great work and great recommendations. Nice guy too! Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter has a customer for life. Very very reasonable pricing as well. Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

We are looking to replace our sluggish toilet after months of degrading performance and seemingly endless cycles of maintenance just to keep it flushing. They performed two services at my house. First they came out to address a pipe that was breached by a tree root, and installed a clean out port so the city can address future issues.

Next they came out and installed a tankless water heater after our water heater tank stopped working.

Both times they were punctual and thorough in their work. They did a great job and shared all of their knowledge with me, so I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend!

Davila Plumping installed an outdoor clean-out which required concrete removal, digging, install, and concrete re-pouring. They did an excellent job and came in way under their quote b/c the piping was not as deep as estimated. They revised their quote to the lower value. Talk about honest and hardworking! Work done 2017 and has held up with the test of time.
