Best Trenchless Sewer Line Repair in San Jose CA

Clowning Plumbing was fast to response when we had water pipeline leak and sewage leak caused by rodent infestation. They were able to come assess and situation and did the repair quickly.

The reason I don't give 5 stars is because the price was very high without itemized price. Some work quoted on the initial price (to me I thought those were why the job was so expensive) were not performed at all as they were required at all. But the company charged the original price nonetheless.

Another reason is that some of the work had to be redone after city inspection. We never found out why/what from the company and the city.

Anyway, we were happy the repairs were done quickly when needed but not sure about price / quality

I contacted Chandler’s Plumbing for a second opinion on whether or not I needed extra work done on repipe and not only did I save money their service was awesome. I’m very happy with the work Chandler’s plumbing provided. I strongly recommend their service.

Jose and his team did an excellent job of installing trenchless pipe for our main sewer pipe. Jose was courteous, prompt and professional. He explained the scope of the work clearly and gave us estimates upfront. His quote was reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

Freedom Underground Plumbing replaced our main sewer and water lines. The main sewer line replacement was done entirely trench-less, whereas the water line replacement was a combination of trench-less and open trench. The entire work was done in a timely manner and with great quality; we passed inspections without any issues. The water line replacement was a bit complex with multiple turns. The crew used smooth turns on the line where possible and we have had no drop in water pressure in the house or in the irrigation lines. The crew did its best to leave the landscape looking as much like before as possible. They even put back the grass cover that had to be removed for digging a wide hole.

Freddy, the owner, gave me a quote that was competitive with the others I received. However I chose to go with Freedom Underground because Freddy genuinely seemed interested in providing the best solution for our needs. The foremen, Alex and Christian were both very responsive to my questions and kept me up-to-date with what was being done. I requested a change-order for replacing part of the sewer line under the house, and the quote provided was reasonable.

Overall, I am very happy with the experience and whole-heartedly recommend Freedom Underground for underground replacement work.

Arizona, the technician showed up punctually, and did a great job on repairing the pipes underneath the house. We would hire him again. We can recommend this company very much.

Last week I gave a bad review. Denise called to ask me to remove the review and plumbing tech repipe would reimburse the money they the HOA overpaid. Last year we did a 10 unit hot water cold water repipe. Sergio came in significantly cheaper than all vendors that bid for the job. The Board approved a $35,000 contract to begin the repipe. Upon completion the board also purchased 8 water heaters. Accounting sent the check via snail mail to Plumbing Tech. Plumbing Tech then called management stating they would cancel the delivery of the water heaters if they weren't paid in advance. Management complied and cut a second $8,000 check and the water heaters were delivered. The first check that was sent was also cashed. At this time management has sent emails, phone calls with limited response. Last Friday Denise said Sergio would deliver the check Monday if we removed the review. At this time no check has been delivered and they won't answer my calls.

Bad Customer service they always say will have the contractor and the guy who handle camera devices call you back and they never call back
