Chandler’s plumbing is awesome! Spoke to Ishmael at about 2:15 PM about an emergency broken shower manifold. We were trying to replace a cartridge on an old 20 year old Delta shower. Snapped it off. Ishmael sent Mario out and he arrived within 45 minutes with new replacement unit. Mario quickly remove the old unit and install the new one in under an hour. We are back in business. i will happily recommend them to anyone in need of professional and fair service.

Called these guys to check for a leak in the kitchen sink.Turns out there was no leak, just a loose connection. So they did not charge me anything. Wow! So thankful to them. Marcus Pecina was so polite and very professional. Will use these guys next time for sure.Wonderful experience!

Kory is the best! We had a sewage back up and Kory was able to assist quickly. He was onsite within an hour of us calling. He was able to assess the issue quickly and walked us through what he found and how he planned on making the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. We can't recommend Jose and his team enough; they are the best! They are truly life-savers and completed a large and extremely complicated project with minimal disruption. After weeks of struggling to find the right solution to our plumbing issues, we couldn't have been more grateful to find Pipe-Thru and couldn't have asked for a crew that was more efficient, professional, courteous, effective, and thorough. We are truly ecstatic with the quality of their work.

Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

We are truly so grateful for Jose and his team. Plumbing problems are stressful and this team gives you complete peace of mind. Thank you Pipe-Thru!!!

I hired Freedom Sewer to trench some conduit between my garage and main house for some Tesla PowerWall batteries. Freddy, Edith and the team at Freedom Sewer did a fantastic job. Great communication, fair pricing, fast service and kept the job site clean. I'm going to hire them again for another trenching project later this Spring.

We had Aaron install a tankless water heater about a year ago, and he did such a great job that we recently had him back to install a new water softener. Mike Falcone and his team did a fantastic job installing HVAC in our home. They were courteous and informative when explaining what the job entailed, and they kept us apprised of their progress. Victor and Jerry arrived on time wearing masks to install a new toilet. The also looked at the kitchen faucet, letting me know the cost to try to fix it but said it probably needed to be replaced. I ran out and luckily was able to buy a faucet, which they installed after they finished installing the toilet. They did a great job on both and cleaned up nicely. I’m so happy to have both things fixed - will definitely use them again!

Last year my toilet broke. Golden State sent someone within my crazy available schedule. Quoted a price, picked up the new toilet, installed and cleaned up the mess. PERFECT. The price quoted was the price I paid.
Most important- I felt safe having this stranger in my house.

bad business practice, just out to get dollars out of customers.. stay away
