He informed me that this specific machine was booked out until next week, but he was determined to arrange for someone to assist us after finishing another job, even if it meant working after hours.Fortunately, the Rooter Hero team fulfilled their promise. Although it took a few more hours for the other employee to arrive with the necessary equipment, their arrival brought swift relief. The plumber who joined Edgar was also incredibly helpful, providing clear explanations throughout the process. We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Can't comment on price because I didn't price compare, but the value you get from just knowing it's being done right should be taken into consideration!

Jose and his team did an excellent job of installing trenchless pipe for our main sewer pipe. Jose was courteous, prompt and professional. He explained the scope of the work clearly and gave us estimates upfront. His quote was reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

We had a sewer back up a few months ago, and we were looking for someone to install a clean out for us. Freddy was very knowledgable and patient with us in explaining the process. They installed the sewer clean out, did a scope, provided us a video explaining clearly what they saw, and provided us recommendations. He was very honest and even provided us a lot of different recommendations on how to maintain our line if we were not ready to do work at this time. His prices are very reasonable, we really liked his knowledge and ethics, and we decided to move forward with the work. We also decided to replace our water line at the same time since it was old PVC pipe, and the previous installers did a horrible job, and Freddy provided an incentive to do both jobs. I would definitely recommend Freedom Underground for your sewer and plumbing needs!

Called in the morning for a backed up sewage pipe and had someone come out within half an hour. They were able to clear the clog quickly. Highly recommended.

EJ Plumbing met and exceeded my expectations for the install of my exterior tankless water heater. The install of heater was excellent. All the personnel on site were highly skilled professionals and always willing to answer all my questions. The personnel had great attention to detail and always maintained a well-kept work area. The job required inspection from the County of Santa Clara Building Inspector. The staff at EJ plumbing handled a difficult inspector with grace and composure. I called late Friday afternoon and they did everything to get someone out to my house that same day. The problem was a clogged toilet in my guest bathroom so not an emergency.

The City of Morgan Hill started in June 2022 a new requirement for PSL (private sewer line) Inspections prior to selling a house. They also have a Grant Program that reimburses the homeowner up to 50% of costs for repair or replacement.

I requested my first replacement bid from TrenchFree and Carlos came out and viewed the video I received from the inspection I paid for from another company that doesn't do repairs but used his own camera to view the sewer and gave a free esitmate. I needed two more estimates for the Grant Program, it was like pulling teeth to get the estimates and some Contractors wanted to charge from $250-500 just to give a bid. I submitted my three bids and the city chose TrenchFree as the lowest and approved the Grant.

I can't say enough about how great they were to work with all while I had already relocated out of state for retirement!

Probably not space to mention all the contacts I had but Thanks Carlos for getting it all started and to all the others involved! With the reports/video I received and submitted, I was informed by the city that all looks good and my check from the Grant Program will be on the way!

We had Cupertino Plumbing replace all of our old galvanized and cast iron drain pipes, along with installing a new water heater and two new toilets. We are very happy with the work they did. It was a major multi-day project that required cutting holes in walls and ceilings. They were pleasant, professional, and responsive. Everything works great now, and the places where they patched the walls and ceilings look nice. A really good job. We definitely will call them for any future plumbing work.

Davila Plumping installed an outdoor clean-out which required concrete removal, digging, install, and concrete re-pouring. They did an excellent job and came in way under their quote b/c the piping was not as deep as estimated. They revised their quote to the lower value. Talk about honest and hardworking! Work done 2017 and has held up with the test of time.
