Phoned in a broken pipe at 11:30pm, Received a call well before 7am the next morning. Plumber was here by 8:30am. All as promised! Very good response time!
The broken pipe ended up being under the living room floor in a very tight squeeze of a crawlspace. He got to work right away and quickly discovered that the project went beyond the scope of the original $485.00 quote. Even though that was the case and he ended up being here far longer than planned, the company stuck to the original quote. Great customer service!

On Thursday evening the toilet in our bathroom began gurgling while I was taking a shower and I knew that the sewer line was backing up. Sure enough, when I went to check the cleanout next to the house it was full of…well, stuff. The next morning, I tried to run my rooter into the cleanout without success. At this point I began to get concerned and started looking for rooter companies. Elite Rooter of San Jose was the second one I called, as the first business (shall go unnamed) gave a price of $250 to $430 for a cleanout, with a non-refundable $70 service call. Elite Rooter said they could have someone there in two hours and for $69. It was actually just over an hour before Ruben arrived and began working on the clog. After trying for almost an hour, he said he had hit a location that was impassable. I knew there was a partial collapse in our sewer pipe, but I though it was still large enough to allow rooting. We decided that a scoping was needed to determine what was going on, so the manager, Gabe, arrived with the scope and ran into the impassable clog, which was too opaque to see through. With little other option, because with my in-laws staying with us we needed a functioning sewer, we decided to go with a hydro-flush. Gabe and Ruben said this would get us up and running, and it did. Cleaned the pipe out nicely. It was quite a bit more than we were planning on spending, but better than having no flush. They both came back the next day and did a re-scoping, finding the partially collapsed section with invasive root growth, which the hydro-flush had trimmed back. The service is guaranteed for 6 months. Gabe and Ruben are very professional and very competent. I highly recommend Elite Rooter of San Jose if you need to get the job done.

My hot water tank decided to empty itself over night. Called first thing and within an hour the guys were over with a new tank. Excellent friendly service, I'm very happy.

I had a busted copper pipe in my front yard that was spewing water nonstop. The techs came out did some investigating and dirty digging and they found the pipe that had been bent by the roots of an old tree. They fixed the pipe which was under a concrete slab. And they did perfect concrete work to replace the slice of concrete that they had to cut which was under the slab. These guys are really meticulous and do outstanding work. The price was an absolutely fair market price for all the work these guys had to do. I will for sure use them again when I need them. Great job guys !

Took a shower at my friends house using a tankless water heater and water softener and I thought to myself oh my goodness if I ever own a house I want this… And since I rent from my sister I told her she needed to get this and she finally agreed, but I had to find the plumber for her to approve. So, after meeting with several companies we decided on a Aaron’s Plumbing & Rooter not only was the pricing competitive Aaron was very knowledgeable and explaining to us the process of installing a tankless water heater and a water softener. He showed up with his guys and in a few days the work was done. He warrantee his work and told me if I ever had any problems with the system to go ahead and give him a call… Not only am I happy my sister took a shower and she was amazed at the difference in the quality of the water well as how quick the water got hot she didn’t have to turn on the shower 10 minutes before her shower to get the water running hot. Our water heater went out less than two years after acquiring it. Called Falcone and they were out right away and replaced the heating unit and got it back up and running. Steve the service man was great and went out of his way to find the part locally and get us back up and running same day. The part is under warrantee and they did not charge us for it even though they sourced it themselves rather than sending it back to the manufacturer. Did everything you'd want to solve the issue!

Had a clogged kitchen sink full of sewage water and was recommended to this business by previous plumber who’s no longer available for “small jobs”. Danny Perez came to do the job and he was very professional and friendly. He followed Covid protocol (which was very much appreciated) and even clean the kitchen sink after he was done. I told Danny I would be asking for him if I have any future plumbing issues.
