I've been working with them for about a year now and I love how good they are at what they do. They're reliable, prompt, and knowledgeable. It's also nice to be able to work with someone from the area that you know you can trust.

Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.

If a wonderful plumbing experience is a thing, this is it. Professional and courteous. I felt that the problem was diagnosed quickly and a fair price quoted - directly from their laminated pricing sheet. Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service. I would not hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin again - they will be my first call.

AQP Was great! They were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose our problem over the phone, and find the parts we needed within 48 hours. They sent a plumber out 3 days later who did work, left the space clean, and left us with no regrets! Great, Great company!

When my water heater died, they did a quick and professional same-day repair.

Martin was very responsive and helped schedule the appointment since the clog was urgent . He arrived within the window he mentioned and notified earlier . Took a look at the clog and fixed it . Made sure the drain happened afterward and cleaned up the overflow as well. He also took a look at one other aerator issue on one of the pipes in sink and recommended what to do so it does not cost much . Overall was very satisfied on service off thoughtful work from universal plumbing.

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I called on Sunday, expecting to leave a message, and was pleasantly surpised to get a human! We were scheduled for Monday afternoon, and Steve and John were on time, and took good care of ust. we've used Water Heaters Only in the past, and have always been pleased with the prompt appointments, fast service, and good work.
