Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.

After hearing from so many of my neighbors about the wonderful services at Moomau Plumbing, I arranged a time for them to look at a business I manage in Palo Alto. Though quite a drive from their routine San Jose work area, they quickly said, Of course we will come check your plumbing. He arrived on time, checked out the pipes I was concerned about and said they were all fine except for one knob, and advised me how our on-site maintenance could change that out for a few dollars. Others we had out prior to Moomau, recommended expensive work to be completed - When all 'n all nothing really needed replacing, except the knob (and still months later continues to be perfect) .When the time does come to having the pipes replaced, I know exactly who I will be calling, Moomau!

I found they were working on my neighbor's sewer and called them for estimation for my church. There was an offset between 2 sections which the other company couldn't get through to give me a video of the whole sewer line, somehow Trench Free was able to wiggle and get through which surprised me already. The offset area also caused blockage of the sewer line,. Then we scheduled repair just for this section since other areas are pretty OK. They came in about 1 hour late due to the work of the other job. In short, I really like their job. Very professional, fast, neat, reasonable price. They provided me a video of entire sewer line which makes me much more comfortable without worrying other areas. They cleaned up work area very nicely and even fixed sprinkler which probably damage long time ago.

HVAC furnace

Used them twice during the last month. Once for replacing all the horizontal drainage under my house, and once for replacing a tankless water heater with a tanked one. In both times Angel and his team did a clean and professional work. Cupertino plumbing were very responsive and communicative. While they are not the cheapest out there, they are certainly worth their price.

Update May 2020:
Used them for four more jobs and still think they deserve 5 stars. Every time they responded quickly, showed up promptly, and did a professional job. (Bathroom vanity installation, Tankless heater replacement, Shower faucet replacement and Leak detection)

This is the company my homeowners association uses for repairs. Our notice said water would turn off from 9:00 to 1:00 It's still off after 4:00. I learned they didn't even start or turn it off till 3:00 p.m.. I called them to find out when it would be back on and their pat answer was 'when the job is finished.' I explained I was looking for a timeline so I could know when to expect to have water. I was told to call my homeowners association the only problem is they told me to call AquaTech which makes sense since they're the ones that are doing the job and know how the job is going and how long it's going to take. Don't give them your business I'm going to encourage my homeowners association to get a new plumbing service.
