I needed two faucets replaced in my master bath. They responded to my inquiry immediately and sent Steven out by 8:30 the next morning. He gave me a quote and within an hour was back at my house with the new faucets ready to install. The job ended up taking much longer than anticipated due to the corrosion inside one of the old faucets. They stuck to the original quote even though there was a lot of extra labor and time to remove the old faucet. They did a beautiful job and left my bathroom immaculate.

I had Plumbing Tech do a repiping and drains at my house in San Jose . The office people were very friendly. They got back to me in a timely manner to schedule the job and inspections. The Techs were on time and did a great job. The Supervisor answered all concerns and questions i had. They did a good job cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend this company.

I used Platinum Rooter & Plumbing through my insurance company. Isaac the owner came down the same day looked at my busted water pipes under my sink and I also needed new sink fixtures and of course the warranty company wanted to pay for the most basic ones. Isaac gave me an estimate of a really nice one and I went ahead and let him install it. I read the one star reviews and they’re just upset because they had to pay out of pocket what their warranty company wouldn’t. IT’S NOT THE PLUMBERS FAULT IT’S THE WARRANTY COMPANY’S FAULT. GET A BETTER WARRANTY COMPANY. I would recommend Isaac to anyone that needs a good plumber.
