I came home from a business trip to find water in my garage. My water heater had started leaking (it was really old). Chandler's plumbing responded quickly had same day service and competitive pricing. Mario showed up actually a little early but was very polite and patient while I was waiting for some one to return and move their car out of the way. All in all a very positive experience.

A plumber I've used in the past was terrible. He did not leave an estimate with me, charged me more than he should have, and left all the mess but the drain cleaning! Genmor Plumbing - San Jose is a true professional and I can't recommend them enough!

Not to mention the sky high price, they also find a away to sidestep the discount they had promised.The worst part is that they came and not sure what the problem is, they said it needs the snake job for $479 (a 15 min job), but didn't work! Then they said they would TRY to fix the disposal for another $405. I said, no thanks, I can get a new disposal for the cheaper price. They still went for the disposal job because that could be the problem for the issue.They came to fix one problem but tried 2 approaches and charged me for 2 jobs? What if the 2nd approach didn't work, they go for the 3rd approach for $600? $700? It's just not right for them to rip-off customers like this.

I was very pleased and impressed with the service we received from RPS Ribbs Plumbing. It was easy to set up an appointment, the person I spoke with was easy to communicate with and extremely friendly. A plumber was out the same day, and they stayed in touch with me to let me know when to expect him. When he arrived, he was professional and tidy and I was also very pleased to see him following covid safety protocols. He worked quickly, cleaned up perfectly, and the cost was fair and reasonable. I will be saving their info and using them for all plumbing needs that arise.

Freedom Underground Plumbing did an excellent job to fix the water pipe leakage on my property. Freddy and his team detected the spot of the leakage area, which was under a concrete slab next to my house. The crew cut the slab, fixed the leakage pipe and re-sealed the cutting hole on the slab with new concrete. They did the job professionally and quickly with a very reasonable price. Overall, I am very satisfied with Freedom's service.
