Erick came and did a great job. He began by placing a company door mat at the front door (nice touch!) and put on shoe covers before coming inside, then he prepped the work area to keep it clean. After inspection he showed us the problem and gave us several options to remedy it, then proceeded upon the option we chose. He was efficient and our clog was quickly resolved, then he cleaned up and was on his way to save someone else!

This is my third time using R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services. I had a leak from my upstairs bathtub and sent in a request through Thumbtack on Christmas Eve. As expected from past experience, they were very responsive and gave me an appointment on Monday after Christmas. The technician, David, arrived on time and fully explained what he needed to do to diagnose the problem before and during troubleshooting. Once he located the source of the leak, he got me a quote on the repair. Due to the holiday, no plumbing supply stores were open, so he gave me an appointment for the very next morning. Another technician, also named David and his assistant arrived and, again, were very courteous, explaining their progress at various points during the repair, including dealing with having to go out and buy a part the plumbing supply had omitted from the kit. Once they completed the repair, they performed a test it to make sure there were no more leaks and instructed me to allow the supplemental caulking in the shower to fully cure for a few hours before using the shower. R.P.S. Ribbs provides quality service at a fair price and all the technicians I have dealt with the three times I have used them have provided outstanding customer service. I will continue to use R.P.S. for all my plumbing needs!

Several years ago she hired Water Quality Plumbing so I called them for help. They were able to get someone out to help me because it was a leak and knew that it was important.

Jason came out and gave me the options I had with my water softener/filter system. I could just disconnect since I wasn't using it or the other option to continue using it. I didn't think it was still in use until it started leaking so I said let's disconnect it! He was thorough with what the cost would be of the various parts right off the bat.

I asked him if he installed these systems, since this one was old, and he told me yes. He mentioned people can ask $5K-$8K for these systems so to be careful for that. He handed me a brochure and said since I was living alone in the house I didn't need anything fancy.

Freedom Underground Plumbing did an excellent job to fix the water pipe leakage on my property. Freddy and his team detected the spot of the leakage area, which was under a concrete slab next to my house. The crew cut the slab, fixed the leakage pipe and re-sealed the cutting hole on the slab with new concrete. They did the job professionally and quickly with a very reasonable price. Overall, I am very satisfied with Freedom's service.

The City of Morgan Hill started in June 2022 a new requirement for PSL (private sewer line) Inspections prior to selling a house. They also have a Grant Program that reimburses the homeowner up to 50% of costs for repair or replacement.

I requested my first replacement bid from TrenchFree and Carlos came out and viewed the video I received from the inspection I paid for from another company that doesn't do repairs but used his own camera to view the sewer and gave a free esitmate. I needed two more estimates for the Grant Program, it was like pulling teeth to get the estimates and some Contractors wanted to charge from $250-500 just to give a bid. I submitted my three bids and the city chose TrenchFree as the lowest and approved the Grant.

I can't say enough about how great they were to work with all while I had already relocated out of state for retirement!

Probably not space to mention all the contacts I had but Thanks Carlos for getting it all started and to all the others involved! With the reports/video I received and submitted, I was informed by the city that all looks good and my check from the Grant Program will be on the way!

Flooded kitchen. Called and left a message and someone contacted me after hours. Came out the next business day. They were awesome from arrival until the job was done. Hard workers and didn't mind me around and explained everything. Gave me multiple options and fixed my clogged pipe. Showed me the issue as they found it. Can't recommend enough and military especially with honesty and fair prices.

Next door shop, seems to be doing a rack up business. Seems always busy and crowded.

bad business practice, just out to get dollars out of customers.. stay away

Chico and crew did amazing work in my house. The long rainy season took a toll on our sewage lines which were all clogged up, leaving us with backed up drains on a long weekend. Chico came to our house in night and didn't hesitate to work in the heavy rain. He came again next day with 4 more folks and did drain cleaning, clean outs installation, shower leak fix and a few other minor things. Price was reasonable and quality of work was high.

Julio was on time and make quick work of a stubborn sink strainer that was impossible to remove without professional expertise. We’re grateful to have the use of our sink once again. Thanks

Shawn is extremely helpful in finding the right plumbing solution, turns up when he says he will, and executes work promptly and effectively: he did a bath tub faucet replacement including replacing hard pipe connections with flex hoses + shutoff valves, and I was very pleased with it. He also gave good guidance on other plumbing concerns around the house while he was there. Strongly recommended.

The plumbing contractor was excellent! We had a burst pipe that had flooded our upstairs, so we needed someone to come out urgently. This happened late Friday, so we were concerned about getting someone out on the Saturday, but this company was great!
