These guys are a complete ripoff ! I suggest calling roto rooter, you will save at least a $100.00. They charged me $250. to clear over flow drain and roto rooter only charged $80.00. My wife was home and she didn't know better so these guys took advantage of that.

Isaac responded for our call for help with a plugged sewer line. We used the warranty service available with our water service. He was able to clear the outside line and made everything was draining well inside before leaving. Thank you, Isaac.

Chico & his crew are amazing. Our water heater stopped working, i was pretty sure it needed replacing. He was able to come by the same day to give me a quote. He clearly explained the issue and gave a fair estimate. He got me in the next morning, today, and now we have hot water again! I’m hiring him to do a repipe next. I highly recommend him. They totally took advantage of my elderly mother and myself. Overcharged us by around 1000 dollars. They installed a new toilet which they did not give me a opportunity to choose and is far too big. The bathroom vanity and sink is literally rotting away not to mention how ugly it is . I think its awful the way they take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about plumbing. I like them to come out and give us a new sink.

I called regarding water drain problem from my dishwasher and water back up coming from the air gap. I called in the morning and Ted’s plumbing was able to book a technician to come right away. Frank came right in time, very respectful and explained to me his assessment of the problem. He fixed the clogged drain and in an hour the work was done and the problem was fixed. I will definitely call Ted’s Plumbing again and request for Frank for other home plumbing issues!
