The technician is very professional and does good quality job. They also provide a 30 days warranty for the rooter service. There is once my laundry drain was clogged within the warranty again and they are very happy to redo the service for me.

Had a very concerning leak near our water heater that needed to be fixed asap. From my first call to EJ (who I had never used before) they struck me as a well-run organization, beginning with the initial phone contact. I was promised that someone would be out within 2-5 hours, and someone arrived in less than 3 hours. Manny was personable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. And most important, he diagnosed and solved the immediate problem very quickly for a very reasonable cost. EJ will be my first call the next time I need plumbing help.

FRAUD! AVOID! EXTREMELY TERRIBLE! I would rather to rate 0 star if possible. Aaron came to my place and found plumbing leak. He used a tap to seal the leaking area and asked us to buy a new one. He charged $280 and said that he would come back and install the new pump for us within 90 days. We trusted him and paid him by Venmo.

However, after the new pump was delivered and we tried to schedule a time with him every single day during a week, Aaron always postponed, kept lying, then not responding my message anymore and never showed up. When we called him to check the time. He swore at us and threaten that he knew our address.. That's ridiculous!

We heard another neighbor complaining about him as well. Now he has been blacklisted in our community. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
