I had my shower and toilet backing up last Wednesday and on Thursday morning Armando arrived at my house within 2 hours of my contacting Elite rooter, and he is absolutely fantastic to work with. He communicated what he would do clearly and professionally, then saw to the task immediately. Unfortunately for me, the issue turned out to be much larger than I thought - apparently my big tree is having its roots everywhere inside my old sewer pipe, but Elite rooter revised the quote and even though it’s a hefty sum, I believe I’m getting what I’m paying for. Armando is courteous and he works hard, with customer satisfaction in his mind.

Freedom Plumbing replaced my home main water line from the city water meter/valve to the home main valve. I had this project quoted by a few plumbing company's and Freedom Plumbing came in with the lower bid. They also provided more information during the quote process. I'm overall satisfied with the project process, the outcome of the project and their performance. I would refer/recommend them. Reason not 5 stars, the project was delayed a little due city inspections. Not sure this could have improved.

I can truly cannot recommend TrenchFree and their team enough. For a solid year, we've been having plumbers visit our house every 2-3 months to fix repeat issues. Finally, we spoke with TrenchFree. When all the other companies we spoke with were going to charge $150+ to run a camera in our lines and find the issue, they offered a free estimate. The workers at our house were all incredibly friendly and professional, and got to work quickly. They were able to identify a problem with our pipes outside our house that every other plumber had missed. Within days we received a quote back, and they were on site to fix the issue. They even came during 106 degree weather, on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, to make sure the job was done right. Lastly, and this is where they truly won me over: Once the job was complete, we thought an issue had arisen that still wasn't fixed. Within 24 minutes of me hitting send on my email, they were back at the house and fixed the problem -- even when it turned out it was OUR fault and nothing they did. Please let me stress this:: do not waste your time pouring through lists of reviews, looking for plumbers who cut prices in order to raise them in other spots. TrenchFree doesn't have the same number of reviews as some of the other companies, so they may get overlooked. Don't make my mistake.
