I had a simple leak that escalated into major wated damage since it happend when i was away and like these things often happen it was on a friday evening.. They were very nice and were able to come to my place over the weekend to fix the problem. I feel the amount charged was reasonable and did not feel that I was ripped like you sometimes do in these situations.

We had a problem with our toilet and the person who answered was very helpful in setting up a time. Didn’t give a crazy 8 hour window like some places do. He even asked me what time worked best for me. Nam was our plumber and he called about 20 mins before arriving. He checked the sink, the shower as well as the toilet to narrow down the problem. He explained the possible issues and gave an estimate before starting the work and luckily it did not require removal of the toilet. Overall, we felt like they were very professional and good at explaining things too. Please keep up the good work!

I had a sewer backup in my home. My old plumber told me that it was impossible to clean and I needed to call someone else. Enter Genmor Plumbing, they were able to clean out the sewer and restore my home quickly. Great plumbers with great rates!

Abel and the best bay plumbing crew are really stand up guys. They put a lot of effort and care into fixing my leaking shower and were very honest and accurate about their quotes and recommendations. I will certainly be calling best bay if I have any other plumbing issues

These guys (& Sara) are very professional and are outstanding from the initial call to their office to meeting the gentlemen at their office. They dress to impress, provide great customer service, and overall show care and concern. That certainly in itself is hard to come by. I highly recommend! 5 stars!!!

My dog is a total menace and needs to let everyone know he’s in the room. I wasn’t sure how the tech would feel, and I was willing to put him away but the repair guy was very nice and absolutely comfortable around the dog. He just had such a nice calm demeanor and I appreciated the lack of drama.

I needed a plumber to take a look at my water filter, and low water pressure to a couple of faucets. I called Gogo Rooter at the suggestion of a friend of mine. Jim came out in about 40 minutes, took a look around, and it turned out that the problem was calcium coming from my water heater.

Jim gave me a reasonable estimate to flush the water heater, and cleaned the aerators, and the water filter for free! Although that part of the job only took a few minutes, I know from past experiences from other companies how rare it is to get a plumber who is not looking for every way possible to nickle and dime me for more money.

Before he left, Jim gave me an estimate for some other work he saw that should be done soon, that I can budget for and schedule for next month.

I should also say that he was very friendly, and very professional. Thanks Jim, and thank you Gogo Rooter. It is refreshing to finally have a positive experience with a plumbing company!

They replaced the shut off valves for my washing machine supply.
It was basically unscrewing the two valve and screwing 2 new ones on. Their customer service was great but their pricing was absolutely absurd. I was charge $627 for this work that took less than 45 min. This was also with a 5% coupon. The hard part about plumbing is that you usually don’t have the luxury of shopping around and you are usually caught in an urgent situation so you are at their mercy. I probably will not use them again with these type of rates.

We have had several plumbing issues and Advanced Quality Plumbing has dealt with them all. Called for an estimate for water heater and main line replacement. Gave me an estimate for what I asked for and not every little thing they could think of. Job was done in the amount of time they said it would be. Got that old customer service treatment not the new do it yourself customer service. Totally will use them again when needed. Honest plumber checked my water pressure regulator and didn't just recommend a new one.

Martin is extremely professional and responsible. We hired him to fix the disposal dishwasher, and also installed pipes/washer in garage. He was able to get the job done perfectly. 100% recommend to hire him.

As a followup to my previous rating….I found out after installation of the new pipe that the team were not able to get to installing the insulation. It terms out that there was also a water heater valve that was suspected to be faulty that was not changed then. I spent most of today without hot water (the valve was indeed stuck and partially closed). The issue I had was with communication….it was not clear to me the team knew there was an issue with the valve, and there was not test of this. Then, the normal communications that the team was scheduled this afternoon did not come (I had to call), so I was home most of the day, and actually had to call this a.m. (you sent another crew member earlier as a result that was not necessary. The work is good, the crews were great, but better and clearer communications with me could have made this experience much better. Thanks!

In this dark world of overpriced, unscrupulous plumbers, United Plumbing is a beacon of light. Not only do they genuinely care about fixing the issue at hand, but they go about the repair in an honest and trustworthy manner. Their prices are fair and the work is done right. I'm thankful to finally have a service provider that I trust and no longer have to get multiple estimates when a job needs to be done. I will always call United Plumbing.

A guy from this company came to clean my house sewer pipe to the street section which belongs to the city of Cupertino. It should be cleaned every year since the tree roots grows into it. When I looked into the sewer pipe opening, I saw spider webs spanning across the diameters of the sewer pipe with tree leaves on it. It is normal since the pipe opening cover (with air holes) was not opened for a year and spiders like the safe place to live. The guy then pull down a buck of water into the sewer pipe, waited for 30 seconds, and then put the drain cover back. I said, wait, you need to clean the pipe using snake. He said, I already cleaned it. I then said, It is impossible since I saw spider webs with leaves in the the pipe. How do the spider webs insider the pipe survive the snake? He said, snake can go through the spider . Come on, this is a 4 inch wide pipe, a professional snake with a 3 inch steel blades should destroy anything on its way. The spider webs inside the openings should be completely gone if he really did his job. He then said, do you want me to clean it again? I will charge you the second time. What? He obviously did not do it in the first place, and now he want to charge me twice? What a cheating company! The thing is, this section of pipe belongs to city of Cupertino. This company wants to charge the city twice for one service job. City of Cupertino gets ripped of by this Abjdd plumbing company. I will report to the city and the city should find another reputable plumbing company for it's contract work. Period.
