Erick Valdez came out to inspect toilet lines. He inspected both of them and then checked in the crawl space and found no leaks. He also inspected the cleanout and found that to be working fine, also. No work and no charge. He was also on time and called 15 minutes before he arrived.

Ricardo Torres is the plumber you want!! Ricardo was able to successfully diagnose and repair our emergency plumbing problems. The first plumber I called in was more expensive and did not fix the issue at all (he came in twice, because of the problem came back and he was under warranty). Ricardo and GoGo Rooter were able to get it done fast, professionally and at a cheaper price than the first guy! Ricardo Torres is very experienced, he was also nice enough to point out some things he noticed for the future with our plumbing. If anything goes wrong again I know who I'm gonna call...

Once work orders were approved, they immediately replace the rotting galvanized piping and brought all of the plumbing up to code. We were completely satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and professionalism.

Chico & his crew are amazing. Our water heater stopped working, i was pretty sure it needed replacing. He was able to come by the same day to give me a quote. He clearly explained the issue and gave a fair estimate. He got me in the next morning, today, and now we have hot water again! I’m hiring him to do a repipe next. I highly recommend him. He is honest and a kind man.

Mike is our go-to plumber. He is the first one we call whenever we have a plumbing problem at our soup kitchen. He was the one who solved our flooding problem. Years ago, everytime we turn on the washer the kitchen would flood. Rotorooter came three times and the problem was not fixed. Mike discovered that our pipes were too narrow. He replaced some of the pipes and the problem went away.
