He's very professional and able to answer all my questions. He also cleaned up the place after finishing the job. Great communication and responsiveness!

I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

Came to do a bid and bid really high instead of telling me that he didn't want to do the project.. I have run in to this before with contractors. I have been running jobs for decades. Oh well.

He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. Chico and crew did amazing work in my house. The long rainy season took a toll on our sewage lines which were all clogged up, leaving us with backed up drains on a long weekend. Chico came to our house in night and didn't hesitate to work in the heavy rain. He came again next day with 4 more folks and did drain cleaning, clean outs installation, shower leak fix and a few other minor things. Price was reasonable and quality of work was high.

They totally took advantage of my elderly mother and myself. Overcharged us by around 1000 dollars. They installed a new toilet which they did not give me a opportunity to choose and is far too big. The bathroom vanity and sink is literally rotting away not to mention how ugly it is . I think its awful the way they take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about plumbing. I like them to come out and give us a new sink.
