Very respectful, easy to get ahold of, great customer care.
I got several quotes to replace all the sewer lines in our house. They were $1000 over the other quotes , BUT they give a lifetime warranty whereas the other guys gave 3-5 year warranty. Well worth the extra money for that peace of mind. When the city inspector came, he praised their work, even saying ‘beautifully done.’
I’m extremely happy with their work and will be recommending them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Kevin Bueno helped us fix our broken shower. Kevin was very quick, brought the parts with him, gave us an estimate and was professional. He is knowledgeable and gave us tips about shower maintenance and care. He was also kind enough to answer all of our questions about water filtration system and was not pushy.

Our service person, Johnny, was very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

I have a toilet/bath clog for weeks that I was not able to fix. This is a more serious one as the clog was more than 25' down the drain. I used a 25' snake several times and could not get it fixed. Called the company in one afternoon and Jake Jang showed up a few hours later. I was only expecting a quote from him, which he gave me. He also suggested he might be able to resolve the issue right away. I was not sure he would be able to do that but decided to let him try. Sure enough after an hour and a half he was able to remove the clog. Jake was on time, courteous, professional and capable. I hope I would never have clog in my house. But if it happens next time, I won't hesitate to retain Drain Doctor's service.

Angel and Oscar are the team working on our kitchen remodel. They are knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and very helpful in discussing options with me when choices must be made.
