Best Plumbing Leak Repair in San Francisco CA

Mario came out within 30 min from calling. I needed hydro jetting done and everything went great! Everyone I talked to was so nice.. customer service was excellent. They were cheaper than other quotes I had that were $1500-$1700, which was way too much for a mobile home. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will use them again in the future.. thank you soooo much Mario!!

Called a plumber out to help me figure out where the leak was. Turns out two of the toilets were running when I was out of town. The techs solution was to replace the parts 2k or replace the toilets 4K and was pushing me to replace the toilets because who knows other parts might fail and I’ll have to replace the toilet in a month anyways. The 4 k price includes 2 toilets plus install and takeaway. I asked them how many hours this would take and what’s their hourly charge and material costs. And his response was we charge by job. I told them to email me the estimate which they never did. And when he left I went on Home Depot’s website and they charge 20 dollars for the parts to replace, 100-300 dollars for the toilet and Home Depot will install each toilet for 315 each. So even if I did go the route of two new toilets plus install and take away that’s still $1200. 4K for that same job is highway robbery. And I get it plumbers will often charge 4x more for an emergency call but this wasn’t an emergency call issue since I already had called the water department to turn off the water and had the water turned off at the main. And when I found out it was those two toilets I had turned off the water to those bathrooms. So there was no emergency and they weren’t offering to do it same day to fix my problem.

These people are either crooks or the tech gets paid hourly and was just killing time giving me an outrageous number while sitting in his van pretending to write up an estimate he never sent me. Because he had me wait a good 20 minuets before his estimate was “ready” to talk about.

Did a great job replacing a portion of the main sewer line, which had been breached by tree roots. Great team, very friendly, cleaned the whole site. Very impressed by their work and attitude.

What a positive experience I just had with Isaac and James&James plumbing. They were incredibly fast to arrive on-site, day-of, despite me calling at 10am on a Saturday.

When Isaac arrived he quickly investigated the gas line issue and walked me through his entire process. An hour later, everything was right as rain.

After a week of cold showers and no stovetop cooking, I couldn’t be happier. I went through 2 other technician visits prior who had no clue what to do, and I was not expecting such an immediate solution. Isaac knows his s***.

Please do yourself a favor and call for any of their services. I’ll have them starred on my phone in case I ever need any plumbing,gas,etc help again.

This company was professional from begin to finish. My ac went out and they arrived the same day to give me estimates on a new system. The price was reasonable and fair. Two days later they arrived out to install. The guys were respectful, clean, and explained thoroughly. I couldn't be happier. I endorse them.

I used O’Grady to replace the sewer trap to my building. They were very professional. Diagnosed the issue and showed me clearly with a camera what the issue was. Quality work and great team. Work was completed right on schedule.

The hot water heater was suddenly leaking water and I called them for an emergency fix at night. The reception lady was nice. however I waited for more than 2 hours. Technician Mike D came and did not do a single diagnose or a fix but rudely opened the front wrapper and said the hot water heater is old and it must leak water somewhere else. He simply wanted to replace the hot water heater and water valve for over $3100 and asked me if I would like to proceed. Of course not. He charged $85 dispatch fee and left. I felt it was a total waste time in such an emergency situation. I found another technician who replaced the TMP valve in a few minutes. Hot water heater works as expected!
