Charged 150 dollars for 10-20 minutes of plumbing work — tightening a connection and adding a washer to another connection. Seemed like a poor value to me.

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

We needed a new sewer lateral for two adjacent buildings in Noe Valley. This was a complicated and expensive project that O’Grady handled professionally, quickly and less expensively than any of the other plumbing companies we interviewed. O’Grady and his team may be a bit eccentric but don’t be fooled, they are the best!

The technician arrived quicky (less than an hour), communicated clearly about options, and took care of the problem efficiently.
We were exoecting a hefty emergency charge, but the texhnician said our situation did not warrant that, and we were hapoy with the price.

We had our old Edwardian house's sewer lateral line to the SF City main collapse with sewage pooling in our garage with each flush. We had an inspection appointment within 2 hours, contract cost was as expected, contract was signed that afternoon, and the crew showed up the next day to begin work. Unexpected/uniquely uncommon extra work was required and the change order was reasonable. Extra team personnel were added to the work to finish within the 3-day original estimate. All work was performed in the highest quality, including the sidewalk removal and replacement. Special attention was paid to the pedestrian traffic around our disruption. Only a few times in my life have I seen a construction team work so well as a unit helping each other to expedite quality and time. Field Construction Manager Franco Casasola had an outstanding team, and they have our highest regards for their sensitive coordination with us during this critical repair.
