I am an electrical contractor and I endorse Landis heating and air conditioning to my customers when they have the need. They are always prompt and able to repair other companies problems. If you're needing a new system or just fix give them a call. They are good.

I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated
To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with . I explained to him the problems and within 24 hours I had new pump installed and all water was gone .super responsive and and amazingly professional solved it super quick I will definitely recommend this company.
