From the minute I reached out them to discuss what I needed, they were very professional and it made very simple to give me a quote over the phone after I described what I needed. They were out a few days later and safely installed the valve. Very pleased with the service provided and quick turnaround to address my needs.

These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. A 50 gallon water heater only costs about 500-600 dollars. They quoted over $3000 to install and dispose of an existing water heater. No one should ever pay that much. Do not use them. They are obviously taking advantage of people.
They charge $65 dollars to come out and inspect and put you on the hook for the $65 bucks then give a quote for a service they know that no one in their right mind would pay for.

Plumbers were experienced, friendly, honest, and charged a fair price.

I have used Ace Plumbing many times for my apartment building in Daly City and I find them very responsive, they give you a window of an hour and are always on time. They do a great job and Derrick came out last time and I find him very honest. They will be my first call in the future for any plumbing needs.

There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated
To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with . I explained to him the problems and within 24 hours I had new pump installed and all water was gone .super responsive and and amazingly professional solved it super quick I will definitely recommend this company.
